30 Minutes - That’s All You Need!

Wake up before the kids, drink hot coffee, take a walk, jam out to some college throwbacks, read, meditate, journal - whatever makes your insides smile, do that!

Day dream about a place you want to visit, a goal you want to accomplish or any idea that gives you goosebumps just thinking about it. Don’t ask yourself how you’ll get there or how much it will cost. Just give yourself 30 minutes to focus on GOOD FEELING thoughts.

Kidless vacation with your husband. Sitting on the beach, the sand crumbling between your toes, being hugged by the sun ☀️ with no place to go. What would that feel like? What do you see around you? Do you taste the salt in the air or the frozen piña colada in your straw?

Focus on all 5 senses

Journaling those day dreams can make them more vivid for you. Writing or typing slows down your thinking to allow your fingers to catch up. It gives you the chance to truly feel like you are there.

Our favorite part of journaling is reading back through those thoughts/stories & watching them manifest right before our eyes.

Enjoy your ride 🤍
